What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept payments through my online shop using Paypal. Orders paid by PayPal e-Checks will not be started until payment has cleared. If using e-Checks please add an additional 5 days to the 3 week order time. Custom orders will be invoiced via PayPal.
How far in advance do I need to order?
All orders must be placed at least 3 weeks before your event date, but I typically book up around 6 weeks in advance. You may order as far in advance as you like so please don't miss out buy waiting to order. Once your order is received your event date will be placed on my calendar. Regardless of when you order, your toppers will be made and shipped around 10 days before your event. If you would prefer to receive your items sooner (provided you have placed your order well in advance) please let me know when ordering.
When will I receive my toppers?
I ship all of my orders via USPS Priority mail to ensure prompt delivery. Priority mail shipments typically arrive within 2-3 days. All toppers are made and shipped to arrive the week of your event. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via PayPal once your order has shipped.
What is your refund/return policy?
If there is a problem with your order, please let me know immediately and I will make my best effort to resolve the issue. Most often minor damage (a letter or decoration becoming detached) can be repaied by you with a little water. Due to the nature of my product I can not offer refunds. I always do my best to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition, but I can not be responsible for shipping conditions once your order leaves my hands. To date I have not had any items arrive in unusable condition.
ALLERGY ALERT: Some of the fondant I use contains chocolate and all my cake and cupcake toppers are made in a location that has contact with nuts, wheat, dairy products and chocolate. Please do not consume my products if you have allergies to any of the above products.
