When should I place my order? TOP
Ideally, you should order at least 4 weeks before your event, as I do book up quickly. I can occasionally work with a shorter time frame, but please contact me to check for availability. Once you submit your order and make payment, I will place your event on my calendar. Regardless of when your order is placed, your toppers will be made and shipped to arrive the week of your event. I ship all of my toppers via USPS Priority mail.

How long will my fondant toppers stay fresh? TOP
The nice thing about fondant is that it has a lengthy shelf life (up to a year as stated by the manufacturer). As long as the toppers are stored properly, they will be good for several months. Complete instructions for storage and use will be included with each order.
How should I store my toppers? TOP
Your toppers will be individually packaged in heat sealed, food grade cellophane bags. They can be stored in these bags in a cool, dark place until ready for use. Fondant should not be placed in the refrigerator or freezer as the condensation can make it sticky. If you need to take the toppers out of the bags before use simply store out of direct sunlight and away from any liquids.
Are the toppers edible? TOP
Yes, all my items are made from pre-manufactured fondant, mostly Satin Ice that has a pleasant vanilla flavor. I also use chocolate fondant for brown toppers. However, many people choose to use the toppers simply for decorative purposes. Toppers will be hard when they arrive (to protect them during shipping) but will soften once placed on iced cupcakes or cake.
Can you do custom orders? TOP
Yes, I am always happy to do custom pieces! In fact, they are some of my favorite orders. If you don't see what you are looking for on my site just click on "Custom Orders" and let me know what you are looking for. I can typically match any theme or design.
I can only accept a limited number of custom orders so don't wait to contact me, even if your event is months away. You can reserve your spot with a small deposit so you'll be sure not to miss out!
What type of payment do you accept? TOP
I accept payments through my online shop using Paypal. Orders paid by PayPal e-Checks will not be started until payment has cleared. If using e-Checks please add an additional 5 days to the 2 week order time. Custom orders will be invoiced via PayPal.
What is your return/refund policy? TOP
Due to the nature of my product I can not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please let me know immediately and I will make my best effort to resolve the issue. Most often minor damage (a letter or decoration becoming detached) can be repaired by you with a little water. I always do my best to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition, but I can not be responsible for shipping conditions once your order leaves my hands.
